    Excellent content. I must admit I struggle with hermeneutic as it is always possible to extend the interpretation and present a different perspective on the context, whether it is on a personal or social level. Thanks for sharing though. It's been 4 years, you might not see this. Cheers

    Tried these out just for fun. Feels like "omg! About to go sideways!" As you lower, then its shockingly solid at the bottom, can hang out there for a long while, sitting on nothing, then press out. Feel the headrush, wait for the exhaustion, but it doesnt come. Instead its "hey, lets do that again". :D Very controlled, I am impressed with it. 👍

    Hi Carl, greetings from England! I have just found your channel and have subscribed. I’ve had tinnitus before and it went but it came back in October 2022 and unfortunately is still present - I also have it in my left ear. MRI scan in February 2023 was normal. It drives me nuts but mainly during the night. I have quite stiff neck muscles on the left side also. Do you think that this could be relevant to my tinnitus? Xx

    Thanks for the video. I’ve had Tinnitus for some years but it became worse a few weeks ago until I was obsessing about it all the time. Like you I had used meditation but started doing it more regularly and personally I think it is the key to understanding what tinnitus is and being able to live with it. And as you said it almost seems like a marker in life if something is out of balance - emotional stress, relationships, worry generally etc. To see tinnitus as something almost useful rather than scary and isolating is challenging at first but eventually very valuable.

    Hey, sorry for the slow reply. One thing that can make a huge difference for AC joint issues is strengthening the posterior deltoid. Try including some reverse fly and face pull work in your programme and see if that adds some value. 👍

    My biggest perception about Heidi is that she looks anorexic, to me. Is that a misperception or is it true? I think she presents as a fitness and wellness influencer but to me, she looks wayyyyyyyyyy tooooooo thin.

      Heidi has overcome anorexia and talked about it publicly. In regards to body build, everyone is built differently. I admire Heidi for her vulnerability and for utilizing her experience and ability to overcome such a challenging eating disorder as anorexia. Besides how Heidi looks, her energy is infectious, and she can give in ways most can't. Watch this: ruclips.net/video/QOmXxAF029s/видео.html

    I had a bad AC joint strain to the point I dropped Bench and OH Press and focused more on cable and body weight. Its mostly recovered now so I dont get pain during a workout but I might feel something after. A new avenue Im going down is a suite of Arm bar and waiter carries, im hoping it will give my shoulders a great foundational strength , hadnt done these types of exercises before , its nice to see the increased wieght progression, so it must be doing something is my logic

    • @iamcarlpaoli
      @iamcarlpaoli 6 месяцев назад

      You definitely must be doing something. I am curious to hear what @dynamicshoulders thinks about your approach and if there is anything you can keep in mind or include in your process to bringing your shoulder back and beyond health!

    • @lmc4964
      @lmc4964 6 месяцев назад

      @@iamcarlpaoli thanks, I had started arm bars over the summer along with some generic mobility type exercises, and then shifted the emphasis to include the waiter carries/90 degree ones & suitcase carries in the last month, It will probably take 3 or 4 months to see how it goes. Ive worked them into a short lunchtime workout. Its not a category of exercise Ive ever seen anyone do in my gym so hoping they are underrated! my basic program is static/walking around the gym ~60 seconds and move up a weight when I can complete them without a rest. Ill remember to check it to let you know about any benefits I noticed.

      Hi, sorry for the slow reply. Great to hear that you have found some exercises that are helping. Another thing to include would be some posterior deltoid strength. This is an important part of AC joint reconditioning. Try adding some cable reverse flys and face pulls to your programme and see if it adds some value. 👍
